- Authors
Giraudeau, Patrick; Gil, Roberto R.
- Abstract
The article announces the new editorial leadership of Magnetic Resonance in Chemistry (MRC) and introduces the revamped editorial team. The former Co-Editor-in-Chief, Gary E. Martin, is thanked for his service, and the vision for continuous improvement and modernization is highlighted. The article announces a significant change in how special issues will be handled, with special issues being transformed into special collections. Two types of special collections will be introduced: topical collections focused on specific subjects within magnetic resonance in chemistry, and regional collections highlighting NMR research and developments from different regions of the world. The publication structure will also be refined, with MRC focusing on five main categories of papers: reviews, tutorials, perspectives, research articles, and application notes. The article expresses the commitment to excellence and the belief that these changes will enhance the journal's impact and accessibility.
