- Abstract
The article focuses on the role of practice nurses in addressing measles. It states that there is an increase of cases in measles in Great Britain especially in teenagers and adults who did not receive measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine because of the fear on the relationship of the vaccine with autism and bowel problems. It says that nurses could identify those that are at risk of measles, offers immunization on far places, and assure the parents of the benefits of vaccines.
