- Abstract
The article discusses the "hypopyon sign," a clinical manifestation characterized by the presence of small vesicles that contain clear fluid that later becomes turbid and pustular due to inflammation or bacterial infection. The sign is commonly observed in pyodermas and vesiculobullous disorders such as pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid. The presence of the hypopyon sign indicates the severity of infection and inflammation and aids in diagnosis and treatment. The article provides a comprehensive list of dermatological conditions associated with the hypopyon sign, including autoimmune/inflammatory dermatoses and infectious dermatoses.
