- Authors

- Abstract
The article discusses the British Court of Appeal case Williams v R which deals with the admissibility of multiple hearsay evidence. It provides a background of the case wherein the applicant sought to overturn his conviction for murder, which is attributed to a confession by another individual. It presents several excerpts of a conversation between two people on the crime. The Court of Appeal reportedly ruled that the multiple hearsay evidence is not a confession of guilt.
