- Abstract
Es wird über eine Methode zur Synthese von Benzylsilanen ausgehend von den entsprechenden Ammoniumtriflaten berichtet. Dafür werden Silylboronsäureester als Siliciumpronukleophile eingesetzt, und die Reaktion wird von Kupfer(I)‐Salzen katalysiert. Enantiomerenangereicherte Benzylammoniumsalze reagieren stereospezifisch über eine SN2‐artige Verdrängung der Ammoniumgruppe, wodurch die α‐chiralen Silane mit Inversion der Konfiguration erzeugt werden. Ein cyclopropylsubstituiertes Substrat geht keine Ringöffnung ein, was einen ionischen Reaktionsmechanismus ohne Beteiligung einer radikalischen Zwischenstufe nahelegt.
