- Abstract

The article emphasizes the importance of biological control, which involves the use of beneficial microorganisms to decrease the survival and activity of pathogens. It also mentions the increasing demand for biological control due to factors such as healthier foods and cropping systems with less environmental impact. The article concludes by discussing the potential of biocontrol in the future and the need for research and collaboration to develop and register new commercial biocontrol agents.
