- Abstract
The article presents an analysis regarding the interviews conducted on the five African American male past presidents of the Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development (AMCD). It states that the interview offered different perspectives into minority leadership. Furthermore, it mentions that the themes observed in the interview include historical events affected development, communal world view diffused actions, as well as personal traits and external resources promoted resilience.
