- Abstract
The article focuses on deployment of quality management tools by marketing and sales (M&S) personnel with adoption of continuous improvement. Topics discussed include consideration of Six Sigma services for an improvement of sales representative in business-to-business (B2B) conditions; incorporation of failure analysis for determination of sales failure that increases sales revenue; and determination of issues related to customer dissatisfaction for proliferation of customer services. INSET: Mini case studies.
