- Title
Mit sensorloser Sinuswellen-Antriebssteuerung.
- Abstract
Toshiba has introduced a 3-phase pre-driver IC designed for controlling brushless DC motors (BLDC). The driver IC supports sinusoidal wave control, reduces vibrations and noise, and does not require a Hall sensor due to its sensorless design. It features an integrated speed control that keeps the motor's speed constant, even during dynamic fluctuations in power supply or load changes, without the need for an external MCU. The chip can be operated with a supply voltage between 5.5V and 27V and offers various control options such as PWM signal, analog voltage, or I²C interface. The TC78B011FTG is supplied in a P-WQFN36-0505-0.50-001 package with dimensions of 5mm × 5mm × 0.8mm.
