- Authors
SUBOTNIK, EVA E.; GINSBURG, JANE C.
- Abstract
The article presents a conversation between professors Eva E. Subotnik and Jane C. Ginsburg about moral rights in the digital age. Ginsburg stresses that the author' moral rights should be part of general copyright law. She mentions that the attribution right is not as difficult as integrity right to implement which yield to control alterations to the work. Subotnik states that the extent to which the statutes and case law deals with, or fail to deal with, is the notion that creativity increasingly exists in digital form.
