- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a six years old male patient who was brought to the emergency department with a firearm injury which had developed a perforation in the stomach prepylorus. Surgery was conducted on the patient. The postoperative physical examination and x-rays revealed abdominal subcutaneous emphysema within 24 hours after the surgery.
