North America's parking rates continue to climb.
- Abstract
The article offers information on the 7th Annual North America Parking Rate Survey, a study conducted by the Collier International on the condition of parking rates in North America. The survey states that parking owners and operators are increasing their parking rates due to the strong business condition and rising office occupancies. The survey also reveals that monthly parking step-up by 4.4 percent, the daily rates increased by 3.2 percent, while the meter parking came in lower with the U.S. median at $1.65 with a range of $1.13 to $2.21.
