- Abstract
Uncertainties, complexities and lack of information become quite effective manners on decision makers' decisions in the real world. Especially from the perspective of enterprises, this situation make necessary managers taking decisions under subjective environment. In this paper, Werner's fuzzy linear mathematical programming model is used by considering with uncertain and indefinite demand in supply chain design. The objective functions and constraints of fuzzy models are reformed in order to maximize membership (satisfy) degrees at three different decision environments with differential that the number of suppliers, facilities, distribution centers and customers. These test problems are compared by using linear programming and fuzzy linear programming methods. Total cost and membership functions are calculated and presented for decision makers when customer demands are uncertain. According to the results, the best cost values were obtained that satisfy degrees of % 55 for the first test problem, % 44 for the second test problem and % 43 for the third test problem.
