The article focuses on a case of a 26-year-old non-pregnant and nonlactating female presenting with thick yellow discharge from right nipple and low grade evening rise fever for two months. Smears showed degenerating granulomas. Acid fast bacilli were revealed in the ZN stain smear. The final diagnosis of the patient was tubercular nipple discharge with tubercular lymphadenitis.
