- Abstract
Aiming at the difficulty in deriving and dissipating heat from high-power joints in antenna radar system, we propose a passive heat dissipation device, which combines traditional air-cooling and liquid-cooling heat dissipation. The device is directly attached to the high-power device and can independently export and dissipate the heat of the device without external power supply. It is noiseless, safe and reliable. After calculations and experiments, the device can continuously and stably dissipate 250 W/cm² heat, which greatly simplifies the number of equipment and improves the reliability of the system.
