- Abstract
The author comments on the study about the prevalence and characteristics of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in the ALSPAC cohort. He says that overall, the findings from this study tell the people that ASD is a common disorder of childhood ad confirms that including education records as part of a multiple source ascertainment strategy yields a higher prevalence of ASF than if only heath records are used.
