- Abstract
Nevertheless, careful observation of clues such as the patient's history of chronic inflammatory conditions and characteristics of skin lesions, such as close location to a surgical scar, can lead to the suspicion of intralymphatic histiocytosis. Intralymphatic histiocytosis manifests as diverse patterns, for example, erythematous rash, violaceous lesions with livedo-like erythema or patches, and single or multiple papules.1,2 The etiology and pathogenesis of intralymphatic histiocytosis are unknown. A 67-year-old woman presented with a cluster of erythematous papules located on the left elbow.
