- Abstract
Contributing authors examine experiences from diverse cities such as New York, Mexico City, Vienna, Barcelona, Gwangju, and Amman. The cases of Vienna, Barcelona, and Gwangju signify the importance of collectively developed municipal policies in promoting urban rights, especially for marginalized populations. The cases of Barcelona, Zagreb, and Terrassa demonstrate how the right to the city is co-created created through sustained relations between civil society and local governments.
