- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 34-year-old woman with secondary glaucoma and nanophthalmos. It says that the patient has a history of phacoemulsification, and has been diagnosed with glaucoma in both eyes since 2009. It states that fundus examination shows a disc ratio/vertical cup of 0.5 bilaterally in small packed discs that are fairly pale. It states that nanophthalmic eyes can be troubled after any type of drainage surgery due to thick sclera and poor drainage of the vortex veins.
