- Abstract
This article discusses a case study of an 80-year-old man with dysphagia and weight loss who was diagnosed with a diaphragmatic hernia (DH). DH is a rare condition where abdominal contents protrude into the thoracic cavity due to a defect in the diaphragm. The article also mentions hiatal hernia (HH), which is characterized by the prolapse of abdominal organs or the stomach into the mediastinum or thorax.
