- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 16-year-old male with schizophrenia, dysthymia and suicidal thoughts. Topics discussed include a right insular cortex mass revealed by magnetic resonance imaging, recommending surveillance monitoring by consulted neurosurgeon, and finding association between structural aberrance in the insula with hallucinations.
