- Abstract
The article focuses on the influence of legal clinics, a non-profitable method of practical teaching of law students, on the legal education advancements in Middle East countries, with particular emphasis on Palestine. It presents information that such clinics provide many opportunities to law students for enhancing their skills in the field of law reform, research and advocacy and public speaking. It also highlights that such clinics provide expertise in legal areas including criminal law, human rights and the right to education. It concludes that inspite of the advancements in legal clinics educating structures the future of clinical legal in Middle East remains dubious.
