- Abstract
The article offers information on the significance of federal and state constitutional laws in denying or allowing a person's right to vote under the guardianship in Massachusetts alongwith various states of the U.S in context to the National Voter Registration Act of 1993. It informs that voting is a fundamental right protected under the due process and equal protection clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
