- Authors

- Abstract
The article reports the case of a 68-year-old man who experienced massive abdominal herniation after undergoing a dual non heart-beating renal transplant to treat his end-stage renal disease. It cites the reported risk factors for transplantation-associated incisional herniation relevant to the patient's case. The symptoms of the man have been relieved by the use of a tailored elasticated corset.
