- Abstract
The article discusses Eighth Circuit decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals related to the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 (PSLRA) that impacts on section 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. It analyzes the two cases Metge v. Baehler and Lustgraaf v. Behrens of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals regarding the pleading standard action for controlling person liability.
