- Abstract
The article focuses on the capability of the existing free speech framework in administering speech and privacy in the U.S. It deals on various conceptions that are inherent in the First Amendment of privacy regulations and contends upon free speech as a systemic right. Under the systemic model, it illustrates the depiction of the current framework of the Supreme Court to the ideal framework. Meanwhile, the management of the Court to the tension between privacy and speech interests is reviewed.
