- Abstract
The article offers information on the judicial decision of the North Carolina Court of Appeals in the case of State v. Carver, in which the Court examined the constitutionality of using the touch DNA as the inculpatory evidence. It informs that the North Carolina Supreme Court affirmed the Court of Appeals decision to withstand defendant Mark Carver's motion to dismiss for insufficiency of evidence.
