- Abstract
The article comments on the legal history of the substantive due process doctrine in the U.S. Supreme Court. Topics discussed include application of the doctrine by the U.S. Supreme Court in the lawsuit Lochner v. New York, implementation of the standards of the due process law after the decision of Lochner dispute and the challenges faced while implementing the doctrine under the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitutional law.
