- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 55-year-old man presented with left pain without history of trauma whose X-ray radiographs of the pelvis and left hip showed multiple lytic lesions. Before the first chemotherapy day he was admitted with swelling of the eyelids, exophthalmos, proptosis and vision loss in his left eye. Chemotherapy treatment was started immediately without a biopsy due to the patient's vision loss. He was diagnosed with primary bone lymphomas with ocular adnexal involvement.
