- Abstract
Studies the effect of cannabinoid CB[sub1] stimulation by 2-methylarachidonyl-2-fluoro-ethylamide (Met-F-AEA) on factors involved in tumor angiogenesis and metastasis, on the proliferation of rat thyroid metastatic cells in vitro and on the formation of metastatic nodules in vivo. Manner in which the stimulation of cannabionoid CB[sub1] receptors inhibits the growth of xenograft tumors of thyroid origin; Effect of Met-F-AEA on metastatic cells.
