- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the relation between minimally invasive glucose monitoring and conventional monitoring in patients with poorly controlled insulin-treated diabetes. The results of the study indicate a relative 12.5% change in hemoglobin (HbA) level. However minimally invasive glucose monitoring did not improve long-term glycemic control more than conventional monitoring.
