- Abstract
The article discusses the legal aspects of harassment and speech on America's college campuses as of 2017, and it mentions Title VI of the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964, campus speech codes, and communication-based safe spaces and trigger warnings on college campuses. Microaggressions are addressed, along with expressions of racism, xenophobia, and antisemitism at U.S. colleges and universities. Legal remedies and the American Constitution's First Amendment are examined.
