- Abstract
The article discusses several U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit employment law cases as of March 2012, including Thompson v. North American Stainless LP, Zamora v. City of Houston, and Hernandez v. Yellow Transportation Inc. The Thompson case deals with alleged sex discrimination under Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964. A hostile work environment is claimed in the Hernandez case. The Zamora case deals with a claim of race discrimination under Title VII.
