- Abstract
The article offers information on Emily Phillips, great-great niece of Charles Martin Hall. It mentions that Phillips presented collections of aluminum pieces made through the invention of Hall in The Mineral, Metals and Materials Society (TMS) 2011 Annual Meeting on February 28. According to Phillips it was professor emeritus of chemistry Norman C. Craig of Oberlin that guides her on uncovering the life of Hall. She hopes that Hall's Perkin Medal can be located.
