The article discusses the importance of water as the ebb and flow of life which can be found in the Bible verse John 4:10, the hymnal "The King of Love My Shepherd Is," by Henry W. Baker, and the book "The Origin of Species," by Charles Darwin. Topics discussed include interpretation of water as water of restoration and water of comfort, link between water and immortality in Baker's hymn, and the mention of water as the ebb and flow of life in Darwin's book.
