- Abstract
In order to analyze the rail wear of a high-speed railway with an operating speed of 250 km / h and and its influence on the wheel-rail matching characteristics under the combined action of track geometric irregularity, a dynamic model of the vehicle-rail system is established. Combined with the non-Hertz wheel-rail rolling contact theory, the distribution characteristics of wheel-rail contact points, equivalent conicity, wheelset lateral displacement, contact area, maximum contact stress when the measured worn wheel-rail profile is matched are analyzed. Meanwhile, the differences between them and CHN60&LMA profile matching are compared, and the influence of track geometry on wheel-rail contact characteristics with worn rail profiles is further studied. The result show: There are differences in the light band width and vertical wear of worn rail profiles, and the symmetry of left and right rail profiles is poor; Rail wear leads to distribution dispersion of wheel-rail contact points. When the wheelset lateral displacement is small, the equivalent conicity is large, and when the wheelset lateral displacement is large, the equivalent conicity is small; Under the influence of track irregularity, the contact area of the left worn rail profile is larger than that of the right rail, and the maximum contact stress of the left rail is smaller than that of the right rail. The simulation results are consistent with the field test results; Compared with CHN60 profile, the alignment ability of the wheelset with worn rail profile is poor. The 95% quantile of the contact area reduction of the left and right rail is about 90 mm 2, and the 95% quantile of the maximum contact stress increase is about 800 MPa and 900 MPa. The wheel rail contact state is poor; In order to improve the service status of the rail and ensure the appropriate matching of the wheel and rail, the grinding work of the rail in the section with large light band difference between the left and right rails and poor symmetry of the rail profiles shall be carried out in time in the straight line section.
