- Abstract
The article presents a graphic story, comic and animated film research study that looks at how children design and produce narratives within transmedial culture. It describes the methodology and research context of the "Speech Bubbles, Graphic Stories, Flipbooks, Storyboards" research study. The findings of the study in relation to transmedial theories, elastic literacies and curatorial design practices are also discussed.
