- Abstract
The digital marketing approach is the desire to identify and explore the effects that technology has on marketing. In this sense, through this paper we set out to address some conceptual issues related to digital marketing, focusing on the evolution of marketing, and its migration to the digital area, as well as highlighting the most used marketing and sales technologies. We have also compiled an inventory of the most important digital marketing models used by companies to develop marketing strategies in a digitalized world.
