The article discusses surgical simulation and its benefits to healthcare stakeholders. It states that various individuals look to simulation as a way to improve overall costs, however, it states that high cost of setting up a simulation center continues to be a barrier to center's establishment. Moreover, its says that cost saving strategies, thoughtful choice of equipment, and partnership with training institutions can minimize the expense of a simulation center.
