- Abstract
The article presents an analysis on the presence of high risks of lung cancer using genetic factors. Topics include the results of the genome-wide association studies conducted by nonprofit organization USA National Cancer Institute which estimates the heritability from smoking-related cancers, the studies which evaluates the risk of bladder cancer using single nucleotide polymorphism, and the results of genetic polymorphisms on the increase risk of tobacco-related malignancies.
