- Abstract
The article presents a case of a 42-year-old man who was presented due to high fever for three weeks, weight loss and night sweats to discuss Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease (KFD) with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Based on computed tomography (CT) of the neck, the patient suffered enhancement of the parotid and submandibular glands. He was successfully treated with prednisolone, hydroxychloroquine, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID).
