- Abstract
The article presents practical advice for inexperienced attorneys and legal advocates in the U.S. on how to handle their first labor arbitration proceedings as of 2015, and it mentions the common practices of labor arbitrators in American hearings, as well as the fact finding process and interpretations of contract provisions. Scheduling plans and time management skills are examined, as well as witness sequestration and the difference between procedural and substantive arbitrability.
