The article discusses various international economic law-related developments, focusing on a transition from trade liberalization to trade regulation, as well as information about the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), a Most-Favoured-Nation concept, and the World Trade Organization (WTO). The work of economist John H. Jackson is addressed, along with the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TTP), Global Value Chains (GVCs), and climate change mitigation.
