- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 51-year old man having a history of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and taking medicines abacavir, lamivudine and zidovudine. He visited plastic surgery clinic after suffering from cervical lipodystrophy. Physical examination showed lipodystrophy in the cervicodorsal fat pad and no lipodystrophy were noted in any other anatomical region.
