The article focuses on the California Senate Bill 967 to provide safe learning environment for students and its ambiguities. Topics discussed include mandatory enforcement of policies related to sexual assault, dating violence and stalking, incorporation of affirmative consent standard to determine occurrence of sexual assault and support to the bill by the California Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CALCASA) and the California Police Chiefs Association (CPCA).
