- Abstract
The author reflects on the public health laws and ethics to fight HIV/AIDS in Jamaica. The author argues that there is a need to stop the discrimination of infected and affected person and change the cultural beliefs of Jamaican people to promote public health and reduce the incidence of HIV/AIDS. The author mentions a political framework and a legislation to stop same sex sexual activity among men and relates that the penalty corresponding with the law is fair and necessary.
