- Abstract
In order to meet the personalized needs of consumers, the factors affecting the customization of women's knitwear were stratified and quantified through expert interview and questionnaire survey. Personal factors, product factors and service factors were determined as the first level indicators, and 15 influencing factors were further subdivided as the second level indicators. On this basis, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to analyze the subjective data objectively and comprehensively, and the indicators at each level and their influencing factors were quantified to establish the evaluation model and judgment matrix, so as to calculate the weight of each influencing factor in each level of indicators and pass the consistency test. Finally, it is concluded that among the three first-level indexes, product factors have the highest weight and the highest degree of influence on knitting line customization, followed by personal factors and service factors. Among the 15 influencing factors of the second-level index, the weight of garment quality, style and income are in the top three, and the influence level of knitwear line customization is the highest, while the influence level of education, operation difficulty and logistics is the weakest.
