- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 51-year-old female patient who is admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with cryoglobulinaemia because of purpuric papules on the legs, arthralgias, haematuria, myalgias and proteinuria. The results of her laboratory tests found an evidence of mixed cryoglobulins. In her renal biopsy, there are comma-like fibril deposits that infiltrated the glomerular capillaries. A malignant uterine tumor is also discovered.
