- Abstract
The article offers information on the decision of the Missouri Supreme Court in State of Missouri, ex rel Jackson v. Dolan in which the property owner filed a petition in the Court for a writ of prohibition. It informs that the U.S. General Assembly limits the power of the government to acquire land through condemnation for economic development purposes. It also informs that the Supreme Court granted a permanent writ of prohibition.
