The author focuses on the Third Amendment (Amendment 3) to the U.S. Constitution, which is a part of the U.S. Bill of Rights. He informs that the main element of the proposed amendment is that the governor gets control of the nominating panel. He depicts that this change concentrates the power of the judiciary in the executive branch controlled by the governor, and thereby the judicial branch is weakening by such control to judicial appointments.
